Happened again for me today. This time rpcbind got port 921:

Yes, port 921 is listed in my /etc/bindresvport.blacklist, but as both
rpc.statd and rpcbind has been using it from time to time, it seems
like /etc/bindresvport.blacklist isn't working.

I don't know how this is suppoused to work, but feel free to re-assign
