Unstable now has GOffice 0.10, but nip2 won't build with it; so it's one of the packages that will keep the old GOffice library packages around until it's fixed or removed. The Debian package is a bit behind upstream (7.30.x), but current upstream git doesn't appear to support GOffice 0.10 either. Perhaps you could nudge upstream to add appropriate support?
