debian/*.lintian-overrides doesn't contain any overrides, so I'd just
remove the file.
Where is the source for binary files in index/?
Vcs-* fields are supposed to point to Debian packaging repository, not
to upstream one.
Lintian emits:
W: dualword source: out-of-date-standards-version 3.9.3 (current is 3.9.4)
The .orig.tar.gz file that uscan download is different than the one on
mentors:
$ md5sum dualword_1.3.0.orig.tar.gz*
