I personally don't use the debian automatic slapd stuff because it never does 
what I want. In turn I can't tell you the administrative DN it is creating 
automatically. Maybe it's something like "cn=ldapadmin,dc=nodomain" in your 
case.

Please call "slapcat" on the console and take a look if there's a line 
starting with "dn:" followed by something like "cn=admin,...", 
"cn=ldapadmin,...", "cn=manager,...". If you've found it in the output - this 
is your administrative DN. Use this one with the password you've provided.
