Depending of the diff size (the smaller the better), we may be able to consider this issue important enough since this bug would brake a feature used on our own www.d.o website, and thus convincing the RT could be achieved. On the other hand, finding a workaround for #649675 has been on my TODO list for way too long already, and this issue may be the push I need to actually work on it (an idea could be to generate a simple Perl hash from the data, and using it instead of isoquery), so I may not push you too hard to fix this one for Wheezy ;).
