When using -vnc, disabling DotWhenNoCursor does not work, neither from
the command line, by using -DotWhenNoCursor=0, nor from the F8 menu.
The dot appears whatever the settings.

I've no idea what does "DotWhenNoCursor" mean. It definitely is not
a qemu option. Maybe this bug was misfiled and was intended to be
against some vnc viewer? Closing it now.

Thanks!
