"src" selection for IPv6 has worked for me on wheezy/testing since at least the 21st of August 2012. I remember reading something, probably in a changelog, and thinking "Hey, did they fix that?" and being very happy when it indeed worked for me.
I can't remember more specific details like version numbers. I found the date by looking through backups. So this bug can probably be closed.
