Other than the version number the debdiff says there is no difference
to the packages. The patch involved is bug687829-kfreebsd-hang.patch
which basically sets the root pid to 0.
22.20-1 also fixes this but that is probably a much bigger change
to swallow while 22.19-2 is a minimal change.
Unfortunately the upload of 22.19-2 was rejected, as unstable already
has 22.20-1.
Please could you prepare a tpu upload (preferably versioned as
22.19-1+deb7u1) and send a debdiff to this report?
