Thanks for the report. I tried and failed to reproduce your bug, using a 400 MB backup of an old home directory. That contains a little of everything, but it didn't segfault or fail in any other way. So I need a test case. Can you reproduce this with a directory tree you would be willing to share as a .tar.gz file? If you can reduce the test case to a few kilobytes, you can send the tarfile via email; if not, you can put the tarfile up for download somewhere. Thanks, Peter
