Yep, agreed; sorry, I didn't think through the fact that this was a
pre-depend and warranted discussion.

Right, this has also been pointed out to me and I've reverted this change in
unstable as a result.  libaudit1 in experimental is multiarch ready; pam
should wait for it to hit unstable before enabling audit support again.
