Package: handbrake-gtk Version: 0.9.8+dfsg1-2 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
On trying to rip a DVD, initial scanning on DVD completed without a problem. After selecting titles (in this case all 16), start encoding causes a secondary scan where the segmentation fault occurs. Program was then not responding. Initially reproducible each time, but on ripping a single title from the same disc with different settings and then trying the same procedure again, with the original settings, it no longer failed.
