is there any chance to broadcast the end of NM processes to the public? It would be great if you would send out a mail to a mailing list (e.g. [email protected]) whenever someone went all the way through NM and finally turned to be a Debian Developer (or Debian Maintainer, although those changes you can at least guess by the mail keyring-maint sends out).
