Package: libatlas-base-dev Version: 3.8.4-9 Severity: normal libatlas-base-dev does not install a libblas.a alternative like libblas-dev libopenblas-dev does. It does contain a libblas.a so to keep all three alternatives uniform it should also install that alternative.
