during an update of various dictionaries, I always get the bogus message (/var/lib/dpkg/info/dict-freedict-fra-deu.postinst): The parameter --locale=xx_YY.utf-8 was not set in your /etc/defaults/dictd, so after installing this package dictd may stop working.
