I am,
ii dovecot-imapd 1:2.1.7-7 amd64 secure IMAP server that
supports

I tried downgrading to
ii dovecot-common 1:2.1.7-6 all Transitional package for dovecot
ii dovecot-core 1:2.1.7-6 amd64 secure mail server that
supports
ii dovecot-imapd 1:2.1.7-6 amd64 secure IMAP server that
supports
from snapshot.debian.org[0] with which I don't recall having any issues,
but the issue still occurs. The libgnutls26 package, on which mutt
depends, was updated in unstable on February 4th[1]. I tried downgrading
to
   ii libgnutls26:am 2.12.20-1 amd64 GNU TLS library - runtime
library
   ii libgnutls26:i3 2.12.20-1 i386 GNU TLS library - runtime
library
also from snapshot.d.o[2] and restarting dovecot, but the issue
unfortuantely still occurs. I'm at a loss as to what it could be.

Wolodja, Mark, do you mind trying to downgrade dovecot and/or
libgnutls26 and seeing if it fixes the issue for you?

Best wishes,
Ryan
