I didn't bother filing this one upstream, because we're already patching
pperl to fix issues with test failures on 5.12.x.0; also, the last
upstream release of pperl was in 2004, and we're carrying quite a few
patches. popcon is steady at around 60.

I'm no longer sure we should be keeping this in Debian. It's too late
to kick it out of wheezy, but I think worth considering whether it should
be removed for jessie.
