BrowserID is a cross-browser, provider-agnostic login system for the Web. It is designed to eliminate site-specific passwords and rely on strong cryptography to verify user identities. Mozilla offers their "Persona" service as the the first major implementation (and as a fallback for sites that do not yet implement their own BrowserID service. This package provides a python client library for web sites that want to identify users via BrowserID.
