I have updated w3m-el-snapshot version 1.4.513+0.20130405-1 in
Debian experimental, though I don't have plans for daily/weekly
packaging.
Sample configurations to prefer Debian experimental:
* /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian/ experimental main
* /etc/apt/preferences
Package: w3m-el-snapshot
Pin: release a=experimental
Pin-Priority: 800
