package: samba version: 2:3.6.13-1 severity: important It would be nice to have a cleaner way to fix the fhs paths (see #454770). Ideally, this could be done without a patch, by using only configure options. As it is now, every new usage of private_dir upstream must be added to the Debian patch, which is error prone. This bug is meant to track this issue.
