The bug was fixed in Samba 3.6.9 (October 29, 2012):
BUG 8632: Fix builtin forms order to match Windows again.

Unfortunately there is still no updated package for Debian squeeze.
The latest samba package for Debian with working printing support is
3.5.11 and has a severe security vulnerability.
