Hello,

I am trying to use pdftk to flatten an interactive PDF but I get an
error:

me@deli:~ $ pdftk cha1.pdf output form.pdf flatten
Error: Failed to open PDF file: 
   cha1.pdf
         Errors encountered.  No output created.
         Done.  Input errors, so no output created.
---

The document was downloaded from UK HMRC website:

http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/charities/cha1.pdf
