Just to be clear, the functionality I miss is the ability to read flac files with an embedded cue sheet (say, a single flac that contains a whole album). When I say read, I mean presenting the single file as a list of the contained tracks. I think that this functionality was dropped upstream, so feel free to close this bug report.
