I tried installing icewm on a live system. I include /etc/X11/icewm/toolbar and that works fine. sudo ln -s toolbar /etc/X11/icewm/menu produces icons in menu also. However, when I include this symlink in the live image no icons are created and the file is gone when the image boots. Is there a way to configure the menu reliably?
