Please use /usr/bin/reportbug when reporting problems like this. The templates it creates will give us some kind of hints about how your system is configured, which are not concluded in this e-mail. You also aren't showing what command you ran that preceded this error report from dpkg. Please include full terminal transcripts wherever possible because other people can't guess at what you're doing [0] The version you're referring to is part of experimental, and are actually only halfway through the buildds: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=gnutls26&suite=experimental if you're looking for the version from experimental, you can find it here: http://packages.debian.org/experimental/i386/libgnutls26/download I suspect this is a configuration issue in terms of which repositories you're pulling from and/or something that will go away when the mirrors catch up.
