AFAIK the .changes files are not publically accessable. The key owner is probably stored in some dak table, but we'd also need to craft some timestamp that's fake and based on the last sourceful upload. I'm not sure that we are the best people to yell at. Some solution coming from the dpkg folks would be nice. (And corresponding support be implemented into sbuild.) Kind regards Philipp Kern
