Package: josm Version: 0.0.svn5267+dfsg1-2 Severity: normal Hey David
Think the shell script to start josm has a bug. If you have an openjdk jre install but alternatives is pointing to a different java under e.g. /usr/local/bin or /opt, JOSM will not find the java as the else clause will never get reached and /usr/bin/java will not get used. We probably need the check against headless only if alternatives points to openjdk. Please have a look at https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/8700 for more information.
