thats what I use in:
$ cat /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/80layer-acht
APT::Install-Recommends "false";
APT::Install-Suggests "false";
APT::Acquire::PDiffs "false";
And this file is copied inside the chroots but this stopped working in
jessie+sid.
