It doesn't match, because the eeprom module didn't find any EEPROM
module. Either your DIMM EEPROMs are not accessible on the I2C bus,
or you haven't loaded you I2C bus driver (try running sensors-detect
from the lm-sensors package).

decode-dimms works correctly there.
