Bug#707990: 4.1 version in main

According to 4.2 changelog, a virtualbox version working with 3.8 kernel has been moved to contrib du to BIOS compilation problems.
However, would it be possible to have a 4.1 version in main working with 3.8 kernel, so that we do not need to use contrib?
