the man page is not quite verbose. It does not give any indication about how rush is meant to be used, and it also does not explain the configuration file. The Textinfo manual referred to in the man page is not included in the package, is it GFDL licensed? If so, this should be mentioned in the man page, and the man page should not refer to documentation that is not available in Debian. Please consider linking to an online version of the Texinfo manual (if one exists), or including a rush-doc package into Non-free.
