Package: wnorwegian
Version: 2.0.10-5.1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The word lists appear (according to file(1)) to be encoded in ISO-8859,
instead of UTF-8, which is as I understand it the standard encoding and
is used in other word lists such as those of en_GB. The difference in
encoding means grep fails to find or print any words containing
characters outside ASCII.

I understand that the best choice of encoding is a little subjective,
but I feel that the various word lists' encodings should at least match.

Thanks,
Connor

PS. debconf calling Nynorsk 'Standard Norwegian' is a little gutsy.
