There is a problem with a Gdk-Pixbuf of 2.28 (maybe). Some of icons are not scaled and look bigger than others. The problem is already explained here. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxpanel/+bug/1156390 . Please, consider fixing this.
