All it says is that squid crashes with segfault. Unless this is a security issue, it is not going to be fixed in squeeze at all. Can you upgrade the system to wheezy and reproduce the bug there? Can you install the squid3-dbg package, attach a debugger to the squid3 process and capture a traceback? Unless you provide any of the aforementioned information this bug report is totally useless and should be closed after squeeze security support ends (around May 2014).
