po4a-gettextize puts wrong timezone in the POT-Creation-Date field (+0300 when +0200 is correct):

$ export TZ=Europe/Warsaw
$ echo dummy > dummy.txt
$ po4a-gettextize -f text -m dummy.txt -p dummy.po
$ grep POT-Creation dummy.po
"POT-Creation-Date: 2013-06-01 17:39+0300\n"
$ date -R
Sat, 01 Jun 2013 17:39:37 +0200
