This bug doesn't happen to one person only. I'm sorry, it had been
happening to me for some time, but only today did I have time to write
a bug report (and, well, notice someone had already reported it).
This bug's severity should, IMHO, be at least 'serious'.
If there's any useful information I can provide (that hasn't been
provided yet, heh), just ask =)
