Package: pidgin-microblog
Version: 0.3.0-3
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
The Twitter API 1 drop dead date apparently arrived and the previously
available access to Twitter was gone.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I attempted to login as normal to Twitter using Pidgin.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Authentication error. This was similar to what was reported by Wil
Wheaton as to his particular client no longer accessing Twitter:
https://plus.google.com/108176814619778619437/posts/Bb2biiyguzj
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Being able to access Twitter.
