Recent versions of rss2irc require GHCi, which is only available on some
architectures. As such, it's unbuildable on mips* and s390* and the
stale binaries should be removed.
$ dak rm -Rn -a mips,mipsel,s390,s390x -b rss2irc

Will remove the following packages from unstable:
rss2irc | 0.4.2-4 | mips, mipsel, s390, s390x
