Package: lintian Version: 2.5.13 Severity: minor On lintian.d.o, it appears that file-in-unusual-dir is the source of 10k out of 51k overrides. Generally we are looking at:
usr/<some-arch-specificifier>/{bin,lib/ldscripts}/*
var/{cache,spool,log}/*
Where the usr/<arch>/ appears to cause the majority of these (at first
glance, at least).
