I've double-checked the translations and there reformatted everything with debconf-updatepo and all translations match. There was one small bug in your patch: The Russian translation by Yuri Kozlov was uploaded in bug report #711884 (not 711885). I've updated the Dutch translation myself (being a native speaker) and I've sent it to the debian-l10n-dutch list for review (they don't seem very active though).
