Hmm, it seems byte-compilation of apel failed yesterday, because of
libGL.so.1 not found, but the problem is gone today.  And other
problems occur, as follows:

  Errors were encountered while processing:
   libgvc5
   graphviz
   texlive-latex-base
   texlive-latex-recommended
   latex-xcolor
   pgf
   latex-beamer
   prosper
   texlive-extra-utils

I guess your system causes disk full or so.  The following log
seems libgvc5 is installed but the contents are not found.

  Setting up libgvc5 (2.26.3-15) ...
  Error: /usr/lib/graphviz/config6 is zero sized, or other read error.
  Warning: Could not load "/usr/lib/graphviz/libgvplugin_gd.so.6" - file not 
found
  Segmentation fault
  dpkg: error processing libgvc5 (--configure):
   subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 139
