Hello.
After upgrading krb5-user to 1.11.3+dfsg-2
(sudo apt-get -t experimental install krb5-user)
it's no longer possible to use kadmin
% kadmin -r REALM -p sergio/admin@REALM
Authenticating as principal sergio/admin@REALM with password.
kadmin: API version specified by application is unknown to libraries (to fix,
obtain current KADM5 API header files and libraries and recompile application)
while initializing kadmin interface
The API version for the KADM5 intervace was incremented in July 2012, to
KADM5_VERSION_4 (to support policy extensions). The newer kadmin client
uses the new API version, which is not provided by the old package of
libkadm4clnt-mit8. As a workaround, you should install that package from
experimental as well; the Debian packaging should be updated to include a
versioned dependency on that library.
