Hi David and Debian PhotoTools maintainers, i have recently prepared a QA upload for sane-backends. We later discovered that sane-backends cannot be built on KfreeBSD because of libusb-dev which libgphoto2 requires to build. That is blocking the migration of sane-backends to testing right now.
