Hi,
libfsotransport-dev is not installable in sid since it depends on
libfsotransport3 (= 0.11.1-2.1)
However, the version of libfsotransport3 available in sid is 0.12.0-2.
The dependency seems to be produced by libfsotransport3 (= ${binary:Version})
in the source package. The binary package libfsotransport3
recently moved from source package libfsotransport to source package
libfsoframework, so this logic has probably to be adapted.
