Package: dput-ng Version: 1.5 Severity: important windlord:~/work/debian/build-area> dput local *.changes Uploading heimdal using scp to local (host: genesis.stanford.edu; directory: /srv/repos/local/incoming) running allowed-distribution: check whether a local profile permits uploads to the target distribution `oldstable-kdc' not in the codename group
oldstable-kdc is a local distribution for packages that we only use on some specific hosts. It's listed in allowed_distributions: [local] method = scp login = rra fqdn = genesis.stanford.edu allowed_distributions = ^(unstable|stable(-[a-z]+)?|oldstable(-[a-z]+)?)$ incoming = /srv/repos/local/incoming post_upload_command = ssh example.stanford.edu reprepro-upload local It looks like allowed_distributions is being ignored by this check. I had the same problem when trying to upload OpenAFS security fixes to Debian, although I can't explain that one since stable-security does appear to be listed in the relevant file. But I was getting the same error message there. I'm currently switching back to dput for these uploads, since I can't find a configuration knob I can turn to let them proceed. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.9-1-686-pae (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages dput-ng depends on: ii python 2.7.5-2 ii python-dput 1.5 Versions of packages dput-ng recommends: ii bash-completion 1:2.0-1 dput-ng suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
