Yeah, ditto boost. I had to plow through boost1.53 transition in
ubuntu, and we are now up to boost1.54 with no transition started in
Debian yet.
I'm still debating about doign -> boost1.54 first, or do -> boost1.54
together with multiarchification.
At the moment boost1.53 is multiarched in debian experimental & ubuntu saucy.

I'd be happy to co-maintain and do uploads from time to time. I'm not
sure how much time I'd have for full transitions to new upstream
api/abi though.
