Thanks. I forgot to ask you to turn debug on first. Could you set debug = all:9 db:7 then restart apt-proxy, and then send a new log. That should also dump the configuration that apt-proxy picked up to the logfile. The shutdown messages are annoying, but that part of the code has already been rewritten so I won't chase it at the moment.
