Package: debhelper Version: 9.20130630 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
doing an amd64 build with a i386 target, the build tails because dh utility expect programs i386-linux-gnu-objcopy i386-linux-gnu-strip which don't appear to exist. I created them as link to objcopy and strip respectively and it appears to work. Maybe a reference was added to allow for target architecture variant of each command? Maybe. In any case binutils, binutils-multiarch don't contain such programs.
