Yes, I have this problem since the beginning.

I don't have this gconf preference and did not find anything related in /~/.config/gphpedit/gphpedit.session/.

Did you have this problem from the beginning? I found some gconf
settings that seem to configure the font here:
~/.gconf/gPHPEdit/default_style/%gconf.xml

Perhaps moving that file out of there before starting gPHPEdit will
help, or otherwise (re)moving that entire directory to reset all
settings might help?

I personally don't have the problem, so I'm not sure where it comes
from.

Hi Pierre,

Looks to me that you're zoomed out. Click on View in the menu, then
click "Normal Size".

You can also hold the Ctrl key, and scroll at the same time using your
mouse.
