Package: monkeysign
Version: 1.0
Severity: wishlist
I found that I wanted to change the text that is mailed to users, but
I cannot because it is hardcoded. That may be alright, but it might be
worth considering adding an option for a file that would be used
instead of the default text. I may be a weird case, but I usually try
to make the message related to the keysigning party to help people
remember where they met me.
Also, now that monkeysign sends messages to the email address for
different uids, I think that the default text should be changed to
say:
Please find attached your signed PGP key. You can import the signed
key by running each through `gpg --import`.
If you have multiple user ids, I sent the signature for each user id
separately to that user id's associated email address.
Note that your key was not uploaded to any keyservers. If you want
this new signature to be available to others, please upload it
yourself. With GnuPG this can be done using:
gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --send-key <keyid>
thanks for the monkeysign!
