Paolo, I had another look. It appears that the same module has a different name under windows (shapes_transect) than under unix/linux (transect). The functionality is identical.
This is therefore not a unique debian problem but present on on all linux/unix builds. I've updated it upstream for the next version, but ,I think it is better not updated in debian since this would mean a fork from all other 2.0.7,2.0.8 and 2.1.0 linux builds. Johan
